What we collect

We collect account details, funnel answers, subscription status, roleplay transcripts, scorecards, and limited service diagnostics. SpeakRise does not store session audio in this version.

How we use information

We use data to provide personalized practice, secure accounts, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. Raw transcripts and answers are not sent to advertising pixels.

Processors and retention

Supabase processes account and application data, Stripe processes billing, OpenAI processes live voice and coaching requests, and Vercel hosts the application. Transcripts and scorecards remain until you delete them or your account.

Your choices

You can cancel billing in the customer portal and delete your account from Account. Contact support@speakrise.app for privacy requests.
