What we collect

We collect account details, funnel answers, subscription status, roleplay transcripts, scorecards, and limited service diagnostics. SpeakRise does not store session audio in this version.

How we use information

We use data to provide personalized practice, secure accounts, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. Raw transcripts, recordings, and assessment answers are never sent to advertising platforms.

Advertising measurement

We use advertising tags and server-side conversion measurement for campaign attribution. This may include campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, device and browser information, and trial or subscription events.

Processors and retention

We use specialized service providers to securely host the application, process billing, transcribe uploaded calls, and provide live voice and coaching features. Transcripts and scorecards remain until you delete them or your account; audio is not retained after processing.

Your choices

You can disable advertising measurement below, cancel billing in the customer portal, and delete your account from Account. Contact support@speakrise.app for privacy requests.
